Form Access on Mobile Devices

    Our mobile engineers have been working hard, and we've restored functionality with forms and files on mobile devices! 🥳 If you're still having issues, please delete and reinstall the latest version of the app for iOS or Android. 📱 In the repair process, we had to revert a recent update to mobile forms, and that functionality will be in maintenance until we are confident to release again. Note, there should be no further client impact as a result of the outage, and our support team happily stands by to assist. 😄

    Some users may be noticing issues with completing forms on mobile devices iOS or Android. Our team is aware of the app crashing, autofill issue, and difficulty submitting. 📑 Our mobile engineers are actively working on a fix, and we hope to restore mobile form service soon. In the meantime, we are recommending accessing forms on another device (computer), or select complete form later. We apologize for any trouble this may cause. 💻

Excessive SMS Appointment Reminders

    Thanks for being so patient with us! Our development team has since restored SMS notifications in our last release on October 18th, 2021. After carefully monitoring, we are happy to say no more spam appointment notifications will be delivered.

    Our team has temporarily disabled SMS reminders, as maintenance is currently in progress to restore functionality. Do note, email appointment reminders will still be sent to all clients.

    After carefully monitoring, our team has resolved the loading time and high app latency. Please clear cache and refresh your page if you are still having issues. As always our support team happily stands by to lend a hand. 😊

    Our team is currently investigating and monitoring slow app loading times for our Canadian and United States based customers. 🔍

    Clearing your cache, moving closer to your router, and some patience while we work to rectify the issue should help. ⏳

    Do note, this is not an outage, just an increased loading time on some pages within the app. Should you have any questions or concerns, please chat with out tech support team. 💬

    Some users may notice our secure login feature missing or not functioning correctly as a result of the maintenance being run by our development team. We hope to have the feature running soon, and the current maintenance will not impact appointments or app performance.

    Should there be an issue with logging in, users can access our password reset page.
